Our clients own a unique late 1950's retro home in Brighton situated on a large block of land, the house as described by the owner has a look of a Mornington Peninsula's "Blairgowrie Beach Residence", very quirky to say the least!

The owners had decided to make some changes to the property and its surrounds and as advised by their architects wanted to keep as much of the original features as possible while also modernising it. The front yard had a full makeover which included laying buffalo turf and adding a stone drive way, walk way and parking apron (beachy feel) finishing with a batten style picket fence with a single pedestrian gate complete with electric handle and picket set back, as well as a sliding motorised gate complete with photon beams and remote key pad entry device.

Finally, to complete the look all the fence and gates were finished in night sky paint to set it off against the green turf and stone driveway, walkway and parking apron.
