Communication is the Icing on the Cake! A V.I.P. Home Services Customer Journey!

Warren Smith and Vea Johnston first met Jill and Andrew in Feb 2015, when they obtained their services for a garden overhaul/tidy up due to a period of neglect.

When they moved onto create their new V.I.P. Home Services National Franchise Fencing and Home Maintenance they put us in touch with Alastar Ellerton, a new V.I.P. Lawns and Gardens Franchise Owner.  Wow - what another marvelous experience Alastar, not only was he a hard worker with a great work ethic, he also was another fantastic communicator, we could not have been more delighted.

Our Picket fence in our front yard, basically was "on the ground" so we needed a replacement, we contacted Warren who put us in touch with Justin  – V.I.P. Fencing.  We found Justin's quote to be not only clear in its description as to what it was we were getting but a very fair and reasonable price, so we were more than happy to engage Justin to build us the new picket.

We have to say, when Justin arrived with Alastar on site, we discovered that Alastar had moved over from Lawns and Gardens to Fencing and was training with Justin on OUR job, we were most pleased to have him working for us again!"

The fence that Jill and Andrew chose was a Capped picket, exposed Cypress post with pyramid top, front feature fencing with matching gate, it was a tricky fence as the original fence was at various levels, so V.I.P. advised our clients that we would build it so the top was all the same level which is more pleasing to the eye and there also were tricky angles at the properties entrance but the entrance was an important feature so we needed to ensure this look was maintained.  Justin and Alastar went further to fully complete the fence by painting it for Jill and Andrew.
