Trifecta of Pure Brilliance! Built in Perth.

The Brief:

Our client wanted a full privacy picket fence with automated front gates plus a pedestrian gate, plus other boundary fencing for their lovely new built home in Applecross, WA.

Our client wasn’t exactly sure what they wanted overall but the one thing they were sure about was a full privacy picket fence for the front boundary.  They found us as they were driving along North Lake Road in Alfred Cove wondering how they were going to find someone to build a fence they saw online whilst googling for Martha Vineyard-type white fences.  They saw a similar type of fence that caught their eye which had VIP's contact number 13 26 13 on it and hence contact with us was made.  Scrolling above are some photos of pre and post fence and we are extremely proud of this major quality fencing project.

Preparation for Quote:

We had to wait for the landscaping to be done prior to measuring the correct gradient for the new front Polvin PVC fence.

Side Fence (Old paling fence & Old Brick Wall) Recommendation:

We recommended a Colorbond Fence in the colour “Surfmist” that would compliment the house colour and the old brick retaining wall was replaced with Limestone retaining. This fence like all the others chosen is a low maintenance product while offering great strength and longevity.

Old Wall at rear of property – We recommended a ModularWalls® to screen this less than attractive old brick wall.

The owner wanted a very low maintenance fence as they didn’t want to have to paint and repair it.

The driveway gate is automated (made from galvanized steel from a local supplier to match the PVC fence) with a stainless-steel keypad to the right of the gate on the post.  The gate comes with 2 remotes and is also accessible via the keypad which offers them great convenience and security.

They have a PVC pedestrian gate with a key latch that has been keyed alike to WA Services meter readers so that they can access their yard to read their meters, so once again convenience and security is on offer!
