Our clients have a large corner block that is close to a train line and on a busy road and were looking for a major makeover to its boundaries to match the attractive renovations and improvements already made to their home. In addition to that they were looking for privacy and practicality with a noise reduction aspect so after researching their options they decided on using Mod Walls “Vogue Wall - AcoustiMax” system with a texture finish to give it a rendered appearance. A sleek louvered automated sliding driveway gate for ease and convenience was also a must have as was a discreet single pedestrian gate and conveniently located letter box.
