This is part of our first home reno series. Please remember to read our "Reno & Home Improvement Advice" blog before you attempt such a large project on your own.
Luxurious Style and Comfort
The master bedroom was to be "Luxe" modern, of a generous size, while offering the convenience of an ensuite and extra storage for clothes via a walk-through wardrobe/dressing area.
In order to achieve the look that we wanted we needed to completely strip out the entire area, take one door out and add another, create bulkhead reveals in wardrobe areas, remove existing windows and external awning and totally replace whole bathroom area and fittings.
As always, we chose the better of the contractors to carry out works like the bathroom renovation as we wanted the job done properley and to high standard. We were however able to purchase real high-end fittings at greatly reduced prices through a warehouse that specialises in offering run out items and so called "damaged" goods that have really only not got their original packaging, we saved a heap here without any quality compromises! (Note you can opt or bathroom renovators to include fittings but we chose to get our own).
The kitchen benchtop was carried through to the bathroom with both the style of the floor tiles and the sink bench top which was made of the same material and profile.
The double-glazed windows chosen, gave us not only great insulation from noise and temperature extremes, but also allowed us to clean the outside of the windows from inside via the central window opening inwards fully, very handy!
Wardrobe doors gave the room a real lift and the clever storage design inside made the most of the space available.
Curtains, carpets, rugs, light fittings, bedding, furniture and artworks just finished it off wonderfully, well for us anyway.

When your partners an ex fencer and couldn't build our fence due to injury I knew we needed a fencer who was going to have big shoes to fill. Mark you did an amazing job and filled those shoes. I would 100% recommend you to anyone who needs a new fence. Thank you.

VIP Fencing Mt Eliza exceeded expectations with a fence project that ran on time, on budget and without interruption, even though some variables on the job were unforeseen. Alastar's experience in all the nuances of fencing were evident - from his knowledge of motorised solutions (our gate is 40m from the house) to dealing with a fall-off of land, it all went smoothly and as described. Would highly recommend these professional, courteous and competent specialists. Al is also an excellent communicator which makes the process enjoyable and clear.

"My neighbour & I chose Warren Smith to demolish a long wooden fence between my property & my neighbours', and erect a new timber fence in it's place. We chose Warren because his quote was very reasonable (we had 6 quotes in all), and because I knew Warren's workmanship was thorough & of a high standard from a job he & Cathy had done for me previously. The demolition of the old fence was complicated by the fact that it was completely covered by thick ivy growing from various spots along the fence. The amount of ivy on the fence was so heavy, it was pushing the old fence over. Warren (& 2 helpers) dug out & poisoned the roots of as much ivy a

VIP Fencing (Matt Couper) was quick to respond to my request for a quote. They visited within a day and the quote was emailed right away. Changes requested by the neighbours were happily accommodated, and the prices were competitive. Most pleasingly, Matt set a day to do the work, and was there on time and on the day stated. I cannot actually recall the last time a tradie did that. He worked hard all day, and finished after dark. Very well done and left the site tidy. And on top of that he was friendly and accommodating. Can't ask for more. If you want a fence done for a good price, with a good result, on time as promised, then Matt is the bloke to speak to. Thanks Matt.

We always trust our first impression to select people to do a job for us. Bryan came to our place for a quote on time, listened to us quietly, measured up precisely, and prepared honest quote. Yesterday, while it was raining heavy, he worked very carefully but efficiently to complete the job as he promised. Both my wife and I love what he has delivered, very beautiful infill panel! Behind the scene, Karen communicated with us very well, informing us of schedule, etc. We still have a few more jobs to be done and for sure we will go straight to them. (Product Review Testimonial)
